Ohio's Leading Underwriter of School District Issues
Not only is Seasongood & Mayer the leading
underwriter of debt in the State of Ohio but we are also a leading
underwriter of school debt in the State, having underwritten 53 issues
totaling more than $1.09 billion in 2006, and of the firm's 20 investment bankers

The Seasongood & Mayer School Finance Team
The Seasongood & Mayer's School Finance Team is
comprised of six members of our investment banking staff,
consisting of Lynn E. Goodwin, Joseph
Robertson, Paul T. Stubbins, Scott T. Stubbins, Kent S. Cashell and Katie
Kleinfelder. It is worth noting that we are the
only
Ohio firm that has an individual who has served as a Treasurer to a large
city school district in the State of Ohio. Mr. Lynn Goodwin, a Senior
Principal of Seasongood & Mayer, served 13 years in public school finance as
Deputy Superintendent and Treasurer of the Cincinnati City School District.
