Mr. Stubbins joined Seasongood & Mayer after
working for over two years in Public Finance at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in
New York. There, Mr. Stubbins provided technical and analytical
support for some of the nation's largest issuers including: the City
of New York, the City of Cleveland, the School Board of Miami-Dade County
and the State of Ohio. He has provided analytical support in the
pricing of over $1.5 billion of municipal securities.
Mr. Stubbins is a graduate of Bowling Green State University
with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialty in
Finance. Mr. Stubbins is a registered securities representative,
registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers and the
Securities Exchange Commission.
