Mr. Blank joined Seasongood & Mayer in 1996 and became a Principal in 1997.
He has specialized in variable, letter of credit enhanced bond financings
since 1982. He has been sole senior manager on more than $5 billion of
such transactions, representing more than 1,400 issues.

Mr. Blank currently manages the
Firm’s Economic Development group which focuses on Structured Finance
Projects including Tax-exempt and Taxable Variable Rate Bonds, Tax Increment
Financing (TIF), New Community Authorities, New Market Tax Credits, and
Joint Economic Development Districts. Over the past two years, Mr. Blank
has acted as sole senior manager on more than 125 issues, both taxable and
tax-exempt.
Recent transactions include The Ascent at Roebling’s
Bridge, The Cincinnati Mills Mall, and Newport on the Levee. Many of these
issues have been variable rate in nature and many have employed risk
management tools such as interest rate swaps, interest rate caps, and zero
cost collars.
Mr. Blank received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a
major in Finance from NKU and his Masters of Business Administration in
Finance from Xavier University. Mr. Blank is a registered securities
representative, registered with the National Association of Securities
Dealers and the Securities Exchange Commission.
