Mr. Cooper joined Seasongood & Mayer in 1984 and became a general
partner in 1991. He has served as financial advisor for various
Northern Kentucky counties and cities, as well as various agencies in the
Commonwealth of Kentucky, having successfully completed major financings. He is also the financial advisor for the Sanitation
District #1 assisting in the creation of a merged 3-County Wastewater
District. His background includes 17 years' experience as an officer
with Firstar of Cincinnati. Mr. Cooper received his B.A. from Thomas
More College. He has served on several committees and boards in the
Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati region.
