Ms. Kleinfelder joined Seasongood & Mayer in 2002 while attending law school full-time. Ms.
Kleinfelder spent the summer of 2002 with Seasongood &
Mayer working with the school finance team, assisting in quantitative
analysis for rating purposes, introduction presentations, legal research and
document review. She subsequently was offered a position as an investment
banker within the public finance team. She graduated this May, receiving a Juris Doctorate from the
University of Cincinnati,
College of Law. In addition, in the fall of 2002, Ms. Kleinfelder clerked for
Ohio Supreme Court Justice Evelyn L. Stratton and was Treasurer of the
College of Law. Ms. Kleinfelder was admitted to the Ohio Bar this past
November.
Ms. Kleinfelder is NASD
licensed in municipal securities and a NASD General Securities
Representative. Ms. Kleinfelder received her Bachelor’s
Degree in Economics, Cum Laude, from Denison University.
