Ms. Stewart joined Seasongood & Mayer in October 1999 as an assistant
on the underwriting desk. She was promoted to Associate in 2000 and
Principal in 2004. Ms. Stewart assists Mr. Braff on the 250 issues Seasongood & Mayer underwrites annually.
She is responsible for coordinating the sales and underwriting
syndicate efforts for both negotiated and competitive issues in Ohio and
Kentucky.
Prior to joining Seasongood & Mayer, Ms. Stewart worked for five years in
New York for two Wall Street firms on the capital markets trading desk as
well as coordinated a business market group for Morgan Stanley in developing
strategies and ideas for mergers and acquisitions.

Stewart is currently on the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Municipal Advisory
Council (OMAC), Secretary of the Queen City Municipal Bond Club and
actively supports the Leukemia Society of America.
