Daniel R. Blank

Mr. Blank joined Seasongood & Mayer in 1996 and became a Principal in 1997. He has specialized in variable, letter of credit enhance bond financings since 1982. He has been sole senior manager on over $5 billion of such transactions representing more than 1,400 issues. 

Mr. Blank currently manages the firm’s Economic Development group which focuses on Structured Finance Projects including Tax-Exempt and Taxable Variable Rate Bonds, Tax Increment Financing (TIF), New Community Authorities, New Market Tax Credits, and Joint Economic Development Districts (JEDD).  Over the past two years, Mr. Blank has acted as sole senior manager on over 125 issues both taxable and tax-exempt. 

Recent transactions include The Ascent at Roebling’s Bridge, The Cincinnati Mills Mall, and Newport on the Levee.  Many of these issues have been variable rate in nature and many have employed risk management tools such as interest rate swaps, interest rate caps, and zero cost collars.

Mr. Blank received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Finance from Northern Kentucky University and his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Xavier University.  Mr. Blank is a registered securities representative, registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers and the Securities & Exchange Commission. 

Todd I. Braff

Mr. Braff joined Seasongood & Mayer as a municipal bond trader in 1979. He became a limited partner in 1985 and a general partner in 1988.  Mr. Braff manages the underwriting desk for Seasongood & Mayer.  In this role, he is responsible for new issue pricing and institutional distribution for negotiated tax-exempt note and bond issues.  Over the past decade, he has underwritten over 2,500 issues totaling more than $8 billion.  Mr. Braff has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Ohio State University.

R. Lee Mairose

Mr. Mairose joined Seasongood & Mayer in 1972 and became a general partner in 1980.  Mr. Mairose has extensive experience with higher education, healthcare and utility financings.  He has provided strategic and long-range debt management over an extended period of time for many of Seasongood & Mayer's clients.  He has primary responsibility for Seasongood & Mayer's university financings.  In that capacity he has senior managed over one billion in higher education finance.

He has also served as financial advisor to State Universities in Kentucky for 28 bond issues.  For healthcare clients, he has been responsible for one billion of financing in Southwestern, Ohio.  In utility finance, he has served as investment banker to the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati since 1985.  In that capacity, he has senior managed all eight of their revenue bond issues totaling over $718,690,000.
